Are you craving fresh, soft donuts? Now you can make them easily at home by simply using the Artisan Bread Mix from Bakels
Instructions:
In a bowl mix 600g (1bag) of Bakels Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix, 14g (3xtsp) yeast, 30ml vegetable oil and 540ml lukewarm water. beat with and electric mixer on low for 1 minute and, once combined, mix on medium speed for 4 more minutes.
Transfer dough onto your lightly floured benchtop and shape into donut shapes.
Let donuts rest for 30 minutes until doubled in size. Then fry in hot oil from both sides until golden and cooked through. Roll in cinnamon-sugar or dip into molten chocolate. Enjoy once cooled. Can be heated up the next day for a nice, soft donut.
Donuts can be baked in the oven or donut maker but the cinnamon-sugar will not stick to them as well.
