Shipping policy

Local Pick Up:

Free From Foods allows local pick up for people based in Tauranga. Please arrange a suitable time when choosing this at check-out by contacting us on info@freefromfoods.co.nz or 0212595735.

 

Shipping:

We ship New Zealand wide, including rural. Shipping rates are calculated by region and weight. We ship 5 days a week - Mondays to Fridays. Courier pick-up is usually before 12pm. 

Shipping times depends on region. Auckland and North Island (non-rural) is usually overnight, South Island and Rural Delivery take 3-7 business days.

Once the order has been picked up by courier services, they are out of control of Free From Foods. No responsibility is taken by Free From Foods for wrong deliveries, lost parcels or stolen parcels. Please contact the courier company first about the status of your shipment before contacting us. We will assist you where we can to retrieve your order.
